Aardvark Safari Lodge is a mid-range accommodation located in Katunguru trading center, Rubirizi District. It is about 4 km from Kasese town in western Uganda. From Kampala, the drive to the lodge is around 370 km and takes 5 to 6 hours. If traveling by air, a flight from Entebbe International Airport to Kasese Airstrip takes about one hour, followed by another hour by road to reach the lodge.

The cottages are built using natural materials, with grass-thatched roofs that blend into the environment. Each room is warm and relaxing, with white bedding, mosquito nets, hot and cold showers, flush toilets, bedside tables, chairs, mirrors, and towels.

Each cottage also has a private balcony or veranda where guests can relax, read a book, or enjoy a sun-downer in the evening. These spots offer wide views of the park, the Kazinga Channel, and nearby areas.

Aardvark Safari Lodge serves both local and international meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All ingredients are fresh and locally sourced, supporting the nearby community. Guests can also enjoy bush breakfasts at sunrise or bush dinners under the stars. A starlit dinner is a special experience, especially for honeymoon couples. The lodge also provides a Wi-Fi hotspot, free parking, airport pick-ups and drop-offs, laundry, and housekeeping services.
