Full List of Airstrips at Queen Elizabeth National Park – Flying by scheduled flights to Queen Elizabeth National Park is a comfortable option for travelers who want a fast and less crowded journey. It is one of the easiest ways to reach the park.
Flights usually start from Entebbe International Airport and are provided by Aerolink Uganda, which offers domestic flights to Queen Elizabeth National Park in western Uganda. Most planes land at either Kasese Airstrip, which is 25 kilometers from the park, or Mweya Airstrip.
Other airstrips in the nearby region include Kisoro, Kihihi, Chobe, and Pakuba. However, it is best to ask your tour operator to help you choose the airstrip closest to your lodge or destination.
Please note that there are no direct international flights to Queen Elizabeth National Park. All flights must first land at Entebbe International Airport.
