Flights to Queen Elizabeth National Park – Flying to Queen Elizabeth National Park is the fastest way to reach the park during your safari in Uganda. Flights depart from either Entebbe International Airport or Kajjansi Airfield and land at Kasese or Mweya Airstrips, both of which are near the park. From there, a safari vehicle arranged by your tour operator will pick you up and take you to your lodge, whether it is budget, mid-range, or luxury.
Flights to Kasese Airstrip operate with a minimum of two passengers. These flights also connect to other destinations like Kisoro and Kihihi, which serve Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Flights are mainly managed by Bar Aviation, Aerolink Uganda Limited, and Fly Uganda.
These airlines also offer flights to other national parks. For example, planes land at Pakuba Airstrip for Murchison Falls National Park, Kisoro Airstrip for Mgahinga National Park, and Semuliki Airstrip for Semuliki National Park.
